Our Company and Services

We have been working in the Valley since 1979. Our specialization is in the Installation, servicing and repair of Air conditioning, Heating and Evaporative cooling systems. We have been in the Pool Heating equipment repair field since 1987.

As part of our Summer / Winter servicing process we do the following :
1. General inspection of the equipment
2. Check filter. ( this should be replaced each month to ensure optimum performance of unit )
3. Check thermostat calibration. ( a 2 degree difference plus or minus is not abnormal in most thermostats )
4. Check Freon pressures in the system
5. Make a visual check of the electrical components and inform customer of their conditions as well as any replacement recommendations
6. Check inside Air Handler condition.
7. Oil both inside and outside motors as necessary. ( some motors do not need oil )
8. Check to ensure furnace pilot is turned off / on ( if necessary ) at the start of cooling / heating season check out.

For Evap checkout :

1. Refill evap cooler
2. Repack cooler with pads of the customers choice
3. Oil motor and blower bearings
4. Check condition of belt and replace as needed
5. Check drain line and make repairs as necessary for proper drainage

For Pool Heaters :

1. Check general condition of equipment
2. Check Freon pressure of system
3. Oil motor if necessary
4. Make visual inspection of electrical components and make recommendations to customer
